1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for used or damaged products unless they are defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at beslend@163.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your product back.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund process may take several days to complete, depending on your payment method.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for items that are returned within 30 days of receipt and are in unused, resalable condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to your card. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at beslend@163.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Reporting Damaged Items: Please include clear photos of the damage when contacting us. This will help us process your request faster.
  • Replacements: If a replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund for Damaged Items: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or Custom Products: Items that have been personalized or custom-made cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning items, except in cases of defective or damaged goods.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Beslend is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
